Kathar-Wa-Hasis
   The Vulcan of the gods of Ugarit, a craftsman and artificer, who fashioned everything from jewellery to palaces. He was domiciled in Egypt, which would indicate that it was from there that technical crafts spread northwards. He made the two clubs, ‘Driver’ and ‘Expeller’, used by Baal to depose Yamm.
